Missing a single tooth can cause a cascade of other undesirable oral changes - not to mention, affect your appearance.
With a dental implant there’s no need to grind down your adjacent teeth the way you’d have to for a dental bridge. An implant won’t fall out and you never have to worry about the types of food you eat!

Missing multiple teeth can put you in danger of bone loss. Eating your favorite foods, speaking clearly and smiling naturally aren’t things you can do any longer.
Multiple dental implants are as simple to place as a single implant. With your missing teeth permanently replaced, you can start to enjoy life again!

If you’re missing all of your teeth, you’ve already given up enjoying the foods you loved, being able to speak clearly and are likely too embarrassed to smile without feeling insecure.
Dental implants are the perfect solution for those suffering the loss of all of their teeth. The denture is permanently attached using dental implant posts so you don’t have to worry about them slipping or falling out!

" amazing amazing experience for my first time visiting"

"Their kindness goes far beyond dental work"
I’m writing this from the heart. I will be eternally grateful to the amazing team at Georgian Dental for truly supporting my friend through her surgery and beyond. We were facing financial challenges, health issues, and so much more — and that’s when Kylie, Lisa, and Dr. Ali stepped in as our saviours. Their kindness goes far beyond dental work — they truly touch lives. 🫶thank you!

"Dr. Tan is extremely knowledgeable"
This will be my second implant.
Have to say that this time with Dr. Tan it is going much faster, easier and painless. Dr. Tan is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient.

Most of the time, the answer is YES! Most of our patients are excellent candidates for “teeth in a day” dental implants. While implant placement and temporary prosthesis can be placed in one day, most patients receive their permanent teeth in approximately 6 months.
Gums do need to be healthy to support dental implants but that doesn’t mean you can’t take advantage of this permanent solution to tooth loss!
Our dentists will work with you to treat your gum disease and get your gums healthy again. Once your gums and bone are healthy, we can move forward with your dental implant therapy.
Definitely not! Dental implants are just like your real teeth. Eat crunchy, chewy food and enjoy it just as much as you did with your natural teeth!
Some dental offices need to do that, but we don’t! We are fully trained to complete your dental implant surgery from start to finish all under one roof.
Age is generally not a factor, 18 is typically a minimum. As long as you’re healthy enough to come to our dental office, more than likely you are a candidate for dental implants as a permanent solution for your tooth loss.
Most patients note that the discomfort from this procedure is much less than anticipated. About 90% of our patients come in the next day for a follow-up with no bruising, swelling or pain.
